It wouldn't be a good time in life if it didn't involved some girls' nights!  Thank goodness for a sweet husband who always indulges me for my need for girl talk and a break from Mommy life!

This was yoga night at church. As you can see I mainly went for the refreshments. HA!

This was Jen's birthday! We went for ice cream and stopped at CVS for some lady items on the way home. Of course a photo was needed to document these shirts! haha

This was fondue night at Bachelorette at Amber's house! I was very pregnant and told everyone I would wear my nightgown and DID! I also drizzled chocolate down my face like a pro. lol

Little Friends

I couldn't document our summer or our final weeks in Round Rock without including all of Nora's little friends. She was so blessed with so many cute kids that we did playgroups, drop off groups, park days etc. with. I won't say they always got along perfectly but it was so fun to watch other cute littles grow up alongside Nora.

Love this photo from summer park days! We went every Thursday at 8 or 9am before the heat got to be too much. We take turns picking up donuts and its such a fun morning.

JUMPoline

This summer I wanted to soak up all my last 1 on 1 time with Nora (and friends too!) before the baby came! I initiated a few activities with friends to enjoy the summer and this one was a hit! A giant trampoline gym that we literally had to ourselves the whole time. BONUS: We moms had as much fun, if not more fun than the kiddos. Nora took a little while to warm up and then she loved it! We ran back and forth and chased each other and I did some big bounces despite my 30+ week belly (if anyone but 16 year old boys were running it I'm sure they wouldn't have let me bounce due to liability restrictions but those boys probably didn't even notice I was pregnant.)

We even made it marathon fun with Chick fil a afterwards. A great summer day!

Group Date 2016

Last year Jen and I planned a big group date where we went to dinner and karaoke and it was a blast! When a year rolled around this February we figured we ought to do it again! We got the gang together and went golfing at Top Golf where we ate dinner too and then headed to this Asian ice cream place that was super cool (check out the photos!).

We are blessed with so many great friends here in Texas (even Juan, who is hiding on purpose in these photos.)

We had a lot of fun riding in minivans and switching up who we rode with at each stop, making fun of each other's golf swings and eating ice cream that looked like food!

And special bonus, Jason's parents were in town to babysit! Win win. :)

I actually loved this golf place! You can play different versions of golf where you try to get further away or certain color markers etc. I wasn't all that good but I had fun!

Megan and Eric's Wedding

My good friends Megan and Eric got married in January and it was so wonderful to see them tie the knot! It was a beautiful ceremony and Megan looked stunning of course! Jason and I had a great kid free day thanks to our friends the Macias watching Nora. We enjoyed lunch and a little shopping before heading to the wedding for the ceremony, dinner and dancing! It was great to see old friends from work and to celebrate Megan and Eric-they are seriously some of the best people I know!
