For Nora's birthday weekend we headed to Dallas to see Dad and Carol.

Of course we had to stop at Bucee's on the way since it's pretty much our favorite place! Nora went around gathering up all the things she wanted. It was adorable. We finally bought her a BUCEE since it was her birthday weekend! Usually we make her put everything back.

On Saturday- we took a walk to the clubhouse with our mini fashionista:

Later we visited the yacht club and walked out to the water-it was a pretty day! 

32.5 weeks pregnant here!

Then it was time for Nora's little family birthday party Carol put on for her!

 It was jungle themed and she loved it! She even got her the cutest little jungle dress!

She also got a doctor's kit and she loves it! She's always making adults play doctor with her!

And Grandpa too! She wanted to make sure he was healthy :)

We also took Dad and Carol out for Hibachi as our annual tax thank you dinner! It was such a fun time and so yummy! Plus Aunt Karen and Uncle Roger watched Nora 

and she had a blast so it was a win for all! Thanks Karen!!

Easter in Dallas

The weekend before Easter we headed to Dallas to see my parents! It was raining super hard on the way up but we persisted and went anyways! We had a nice little weekend with them and it's always so nice to visit.

Of course, Jason was so excited for Bucee's on the way up. We got dinner and took a little car break. Here Nora is with Bucee.

She kept finding things she wanted...luckily we made it out without buying any of them 

and just a few tears shed. 

Saturday morning we went to the Aubrey Easter Egg hunt with Grandpa. Nora loved hunting for eggs and she got lots! It was a fun morning.

Later that day was Amy and Josh's going away party at Dave's house. They are moving to Guam for 3 years and we just happened to come on their going away party weekend. It was great to see everyone and wish them well!

Then we went to see MeMaw and it was so nice to see her! I think she is 92 now? 

She's holding up well and still as sharp as ever! 

Sunday we had some Cajun food before heading home. Nora loved this restaurant's singer and she was so sweet to Nora. She let her sing in the microphone, play the instruments and Nora loved dancing to her songs. 

Always fun to have time with family (even if we didn't get any pictures with them!)
