Mitraillettes, Frites et Gaufres

Food-wise Belgium is known for two things, Fries (frites) and Waffles. I have always wanted to go back to Belgium and sit at a friterie (fry cafe) so I could, again,  eat a Mitraillette, sip a coke, and devour a delish gaufre (dessert waffle). Since our budget will not permit the real thing, the Belgian gods have smiled upon me and placed this little slice of heaven in SLC. I almost teared up watching the video. It seems like they might have perfectly recreated all of my favorites and transported them here to the states. Only a taste-test will tell. If you are ever in SLC and want a slice of what I experienced in Belgium you might want to check this place out.
